Hi parents,

We are so excited to see your swimmers compete against Hunters Creek on Saturday!  If this is your first meet, please let us know if you have any questions we can answer.  The meet will begin promptly at 8:30.  Our warm up time is 7:55 so you'll want to arrive no later than 7:40 to have your swimmers ready to jump in at 7:55.  Warm ups go quickly and they are important to help your swimmers shake off their nerves and adjust to the pool.

They have limited parking in their lot and most people will have to park along the street.  Be sure to plan for several extra minutes to walk to the pool.

They will have a concession stand and it's typically cash only so bring small bills.  The swimmers love the concession stand and it's a great fundraiser for the teams so we encourage you to partake!

Don't forget sunscreen, towels, a copy of the heat sheet, and a black or blue Sharpie to mark your swimmer.  Heat sheets will be sent once the plan is finalized, usually no later than Friday.

There will be a timers meeting at 8:15 where the meet master will review the rules of the pool and anything specific you need to know about timing at Hunters Creek.  We will have stopwatches for our timers and ask that you return those to us at the end of the meet.
